Kim Alice O’Brien (nee Taylor), of Mount Forest, passed away at the Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest, on Saturday, October 26th, 2019 in her 58th year. Beloved wife of Allen O’Brien. Loving mother of Penny Birkett and Troy O’Brien and his wife Deanna. Cherished grandmother of Austin, Avery-Ann, Aydan, Alice, Athena, Taylor, Owen and Konnor. Dear daughter of Alice and the late Bob Taylor. Remembered by siblings Robert Taylor and his wife Kathleen, Tania Olton and her partner Jerry, Brian Taylor and Scott Taylor and his wife Amanda. A celebration of Kim’s life will be held at the Mount Forest Sports Complex850 Princess Street, on Sunday, November 10th, with memories being shared at 2 p.m., and to visit with the family until 5 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Canada would be appreciated by the family, and may be made by contacting the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest.

Kim worked for me shortly after I purchased the Laundromat in Mount Forest and she was a great employee and it was very good to get to know her and her family. She was always full of positive energy and I could rely on her like she owned the business herself. I will always remember her and the many conversations we had together.

Such an abundance of love filled your heart... you had plenty to go around...it has been many moons since we last saw each other but my memories are still fresh as if it was yesterday..
